Welcome to Minstead Fields
Set in the village of Manaccan, one of the prettiest villages
in south Cornwall, this large modern detached house has all the
advantages of a village house within an Area of Outstanding Natural
Beauty. With five bedrooms, three en-suite, and family bathroom,
together with a separate study and enclosed garden, this property
is perfect for holidays in comfort to enjoy this lovely part of
Cornwall.
Clusters of colour washed houses at different levels, grouped
around the church are the main feature of Manaccan and lanes leading
down to the picturesque Helford River make this an idyllic place
for a relaxing break. The village also offers a thatched pub,
bistro and a church - famous for its fig tree growing in the tower.
There are tennis courts and local walks in the surrounding area
which link up to the South West Coastal Path to enjoy the stunning
scenery and sea views.
